The doors opened for you & your healing journey

YOU are why Dr. Breann opened the doors of RMPT in 2017! After years of striving to provide the highest level of quality care in a high volume therapy clinic, she realized, in order to accomplish this goal, an intimate setting, with a personalized experience, was critical for everyone. Her INTEGRATIVE and ENERGETIC treatment approach is undeniably different, thus, yields different results. With over 500 post-doctorate advanced & specialized training hours, Dr. Breann has a very unique approach to getting “under the hood”, connecting the dots, and providing you with a clearer picture. You will have a greater understanding of the why your body is symptomatically presenting the way it is. You will no longer have to play the guessing game.

What would it mean to you to finally have some answers?

What would it be worth, to finally have hope that you can live the life you desire?

Dr. Breann’s mission is to give you clarity & confidence moving forward in your healing journey.

Dr. Breann’s specialized training

Dr. Breann is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy. Recognizing early on in her doctorate program she was being called to work in the world of Pelvic Health she completed the majority of her pelvic rehabilitation training hours during her 3rd year of PT school, outside the curriculum of her University & through Herman & Wallace Pelvic Institute, LLC, as many curriculums do not integrate the depths of Pelvic Health Rehab. Dr. Breann has been a Certified Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner (PRPC) for many years now & is clinically experienced in pelvic pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse, bowel, bladder, and sexual dysfunction, as well as, pregnancy and postpartum care.

Additionally, she has a very specialized focus in Neural and Visceral Therapy. It was apparent to Dr. Breann there was “something missing” in the holistic treatment of her patients, including those with pelvic diagnoses. As a life-long learner she sought out further knowledge through the Barral Institute. While completing the six levels of Visceral Manipulation, Dr. Breann has uncovered an even more intense love for the integration of the brain-body axis. Dr. Breann feels very blessed to have the skills & knowledge, including Visceral emotional relationships, to clear the brain-body axis from physical and emotional pain. She absolutely loves working with patients who have a history of trauma, loss, overwhelm, & uncertainty.

Dr. Breann treats men, women, and children of all ages.

Fee for Service

Renew Manual Physical Therapy is a Fee for Service clinic. This means RMPT does not contract with or accept any Insurance for the simple fact that doing so would dictate how you can be served and the treatment you can receive. You are required to pay at the time of service using cash, check, or card, including HSA cards.

Additionally, you do not need a doctor’s referral to allow Dr. Breann to be part of your healing journey.

A detailed “Superbill” will be provided to you, at your request. If you choose to submit a “Superbill” to your insurance company for reimbursement of an ‘out of network’ provider at their discretion, it is your responsibility to submit it.

Benefits of Fee for Service Care

While many physical therapy companies continue to accept insurance, RMPT is active in the shift to Fee for Service.  Often, insurance dictates how & when the provider can serve you, even if it isn’t what you need. As part of Dr. Breann’s mission to serve you in the best way possible, Fee for Service allows her to provide you with the most individualized and necessary care for the quickest and most effective outcomes.

As for the outgoing costs. Here is a general comparison. Most insurance co-payments range from $40-80 dollars for each physical therapy visit. With insurance based care, you also may owe co-insurance for your 80/20 or 70/30, depending on your specific plan. On average, physical therapy clinics will see you 2-3 times a week for about 12-16 visits total. Based on Dr. Breann’s training and approach, she typically sees patients once every 2-3 weeks. So, only 1-2x a month and Dr. Breann strives to move you on with your RENEWed life in 5-6 visits. Sessions with Dr. Breann are $250 for the Evaluation+treatment at the first visit and $220 for any follow up treatment session.
